
Warranty
This product warranty covers
Excessive fading or discoloration due to UV degradation due to manufacturing defects.
Significant fiber degradation or breakdown under normal use.
Separation of the primary and secondary backing (delamination) due to manufacturing defects.
All claims must be approved by manufacture
B. Exclusions from Product Warranty: This product warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by abnormal use, misuse, abuse, neglect, vandalism, intentional damage, or acts of God (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes).
Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals not recommended for synthetic turf.
Damage from pet waste that is not properly and routinely cleaned.
Damage from chewing, digging, or other animal activity.
Damage from foreign objects, sharp objects, or excessive weight.
Damage from reflective glare (e.g., low-E windows, highly reflective surfaces) causing concentrated heat.
Normal wear and tear, including matting or flattening of fibers over time, which is a characteristic of turf products and can be mitigated with proper maintenance (e.g., infill replenishment, cross-brushing).
Changes in turf appearance due to static electricity or compression from prolonged heavy objects.
Turf installed over an unstable or improperly prepared sub-base not installed by Warrantor.
Minor variations in color, pile height, or tuft bind inherent in manufacturing processes.
II. Installation Warranty
Installation of the synthetic turf will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, in, for a period of 3 years from the date of substantial completion of the installation.
A. Coverage: This installation warranty covers:
Issues directly attributable to faulty workmanship during the installation process.
Separation of seams, provided the separation is not caused by external forces or improper maintenance.
Improper drainage directly resulting from the installation method, provided the underlying sub-base was suitable.
Issues related to edge securing (e.g., nails, staples, glue) becoming loose due to faulty installation.
B. Exclusions from Installation Warranty: This installation warranty does not cover:
Settling or shifting of the sub-base or surrounding areas not prepared or installed by Warrantor.
Damage caused by modifications or alterations to the turf or installation by anyone other than the Warrantor.
Damage resulting from lack of proper maintenance, including but not limited to, failure to replenish infill, remove debris, or properly clean the turf.
Damage caused by heavy equipment, vehicles, or excessive foot traffic beyond what the turf is designed for.
Damage caused by inadequate drainage on the property not related to the turf installation itself.
Damage due to acts of God or unforeseen ground movement.
III. Owner's Responsibilities
For this warranty to remain valid, the Owner must:
Maintain the synthetic turf in accordance with the manufacturer recommended maintenance guidelines (provided separately or available upon request). This typically includes regular cleaning, infill replenishment, and brushing.
Notify the Warrantor in writing of any claimed defect within a reasonable time (e.g., thirty (30) days) of its discovery.
IV. Warranty Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Owner must:
Provide written notification detailing the nature of the alleged defect, Allow for a reasonable time and access to inspect the alleged defect.
If, upon inspection, the Warrantor determines that the claim is covered by this warranty, the Warrantor will, at its sole discretion, either:
Repair the defective portion of the synthetic turf or installation.
Replace the defective portion of the synthetic turf or installation.
Offer a prorated credit towards future purchases, if repair or replacement is not feasible or economic.
V. Limitations of Liability
Liability under this warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective product or installation, or a prorated credit, as determined by the Warrantor.
We shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or damage to property, arising out of the use or inability to use the synthetic turf, even if the Warrantor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
